Shipping & Exchange Policy

Local Deliveries

We offer local delivery for orders over $100 within Winnipeg. An Uptown Sports employee will contact you to make arrangements within two days to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Shipping

We use Canada Post for shipping anywhere in Canada. All shipping rates are based on Canada Post rates and are subject to change. Orders through Canada Post should arrive between 3-9 business days.

Customers will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number (if applicable) once the order has been shipped. This will provide the customer with the option to track the delivery of your order.

 

Exchanges/ Store Credit

We do accept exchanges or Store Credit. To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a store credit/ exchange , you can contact us at rick@uptownsports.shawbiz.ca. If your store credit/exchange is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Refund

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged and are a final sale, such as mask or any type of apparel that was been worn for period of time or washed.
